We had a nice 3-night stay here. The room was super spacious with a comfy sofa, but it was weird having only one flat pillow each. Breakfast options were kinda limited, so we hit up Sainsbury's nearby instead. On the bright side, the staff was really friendly and gave us great tips for our local adventures!

There's a glaring lack of basic amenities like mini fridges and safes that really disappointed me!!! The noise from the bar and traffic was relentless, ruining any chance of comfort after hours!!! Cold showers should not be a regular occurrence after spending this much!!! The decor felt outdated and tacky, simply needs a refreshing update!!!

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, and a cute bar/lounge area. The staff were helpful during my first stay, guiding me to my destination with ease. I highly recommend it and will come back next year.

The stay at County Arms was exceptional. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere ideal for work. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. I particularly appreciated the in-house dining, which offered excellent meal options, including a delightful full English breakfast that started my day off right.

The dining scene at County Arms is a proper feast! The breakfast options are ace, with scrumptious full English and vegan delights that'll make your taste buds dance. Plus, the bar serves a wicked range of local St Austell brews for post-exploration unwinding. Took a lovely balcony seat to sip away the sunset, bliss!

Getting in and out of the car park can be a bit dodgy during peak hours with that busy main road, but once you're settled inside, it’s smooth sailing. Just don’t forget to plan your outings to avoid the traffic madness!

Family with children will enjoy it

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of it all, made getting to attractions super easy. And let me tell you, the newly refurbished rooms looked brand new, they were spotless and comfortable. Couldn't believe how much space we had, kids loved it!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still worth the price in my opinion.

Perfect for a budget family getaway

We stayed for 5 nights in a twin room and loved the friendly staff and chill vibe. The location was fab for exploring, and the room was just fine for us to crash after our days out. Breakfast was nice, but the noise from a nearby party was kinda annoying late at night.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, where I enjoyed a clean double room with thoughtful extras like water and biscuits, along with convenient parking for easy access to explore the area.

A Memorable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our double room, which was cozy and clean. the noise from slamming doors and footsteps at night disturbed our sleep. The restaurant experience was disappointing. the carvery served was cold, and service felt rushed. A quieter environment and attentive staff would enhance the visit.
